It offers an attractive salary package for candidates who are selected as Local Bank Officers (LBO) – Assistant Manager (Scale I). The pay scale ranges from Rs. 48,480 to Rs. 85,920, with regular increments based on service duration and bank norms. In addition to the basic salary, employees are entitled to allowances such as Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), and City Compensatory Allowance (CCA).
